• Shiva Prasad

    Shiva Prasad is from Bengaluru. He has been practicing wheelchair tennis from last 2 years at the KSLTA Academy representing Karnataka / India for KWTA. He was doubles finalist at a tournament conducted by Rotary Club of Madras Industrial City, in Chennai and quarter finalist at the Nationals conducted by KWTA in Bengaluru.

    He holds PG Degree in HRM and works as a Consultant in an HR organisation.

  • D Mariappan

    A Diploma in Computers, Mariappan is currently working with the Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai as Assistant Programmer. He has been playing Wheelchair Tennis for 11 years now.

    He is the Winner of 1st Chennai Open conducted in 2005 as well as the Doubles Winner and Single Runners-up at the 2nd National Tournament in 2010.Thus far he participated in 17 International Wheelchair Tennis events.

  • Anand Selvaraj

    Anand is from Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the US and 6 years of work experience in Physician Practice Management.

    He was finalist in the Nationals conducted by KWTA in the year 2015. He was also the Finalist at the USTA National Indoor Roho Gateway Classic Men’s C Division.

  • Madhu Bargi

    Madhu is from Ahmedabad. She has been practicing Wheelchair Tennis since 2013 at the Ace Tennis Academy. She was the first Indian Woman Wheelchair Tennis Player to be Ranked by ITF.

    A two-time National Champion at the Nationals conducted by KWTA in 2013 and 2015, Madhu was also the Runner up in the ITF International Tournament in March 2015.

  • Sekhar Veeraswamy

    Sekhar comes from a very humble background with no schooling. He worked as ball boy at the KSLTA. An accident eleven years ago left him with an amputated leg at which point the KSLTA introduced him to Wheelchair Tennis.

    He is current number one National Wheelchair Tennis Player. He has won three Nationals Singles – 2011, 2013 and 2015. In 2015 he also won the Doubles at the Bangkok Open.

  • Madhusudan H

    Madhusudan hails from Bengaluru and is in 2nd year BCom. He has been practicing wheelchair tennis for the last 4years at the KSLTA Academy representing Karnataka and India for Karnataka Wheelchair Tennis Association.

    He is a 2-time semi-finalist at the Nationals conducted by KWTA in Benguluru 2010 & 2012 and a Quarter-finalist in singles and doubles at the 2014 Nationals conducted by KWTA in Bengaluru./p>
